Please note that tuition fees may change in subsequent academic years.

   Application Fee of  USD 320.00 (non-refundable) must accompany your application,

   together with the tuition fees for two or three academic terms.

   Accommodation reservation and airport pick-up requests should be made when the application

   is submitted. The Accommodation Reservation Fee of  USD 210.00,(non-refundable) 

   should also be remitted alongwith the Tuition Fees.

Application Fee (non-refundable) must be paid at time of submitting  the Application.

    REFUND POLICY

 

 

 

Tuition fee(s) CANNOT be refunded or transferred if the courses paid for are not

     completed upon graduation. 

 

 Tuition fee(s) will be refunded ONLY if the student's visa is rejected by Canadian

     Immigration. Any misrepresentation of  information to the Embassy or to our school

     will void your application and no refunds will be given.  Student(s) who are successful

     in obtaining a student visa for our school or with our documents and transfer to another

     school will not be refunded tuition fees.  

 

All  ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS  i.e., LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE, TUITION  

    RECEIPT and Embassy REJECTION  letter MUST be submitted to CICC before

    a refund is processed.    NO COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.   Legible copy of

    refusal stamp on passport and passport photo page must be sent or faxed.  If refund

    is to be given to someone other than the student, an authorization letter from the student

    must be given indicating details of the person to whom the refund should be given.

    

The USD 320.00 Application Fee, Accommodation Fee and Guardianship fee are non-

     refundable.  All refunds will be subjected to an Administrative Charge of US$ 175.00

     and if any, Courier charge(s) deduction.

     Payment  by Certified Cheque must be made payable to:
